The Challenge

Setanta Fitness had an outdated website that was difficult to navigate and did not reflect the professionalism or energy of the brand. Poor usability and limited optimisation also prevented it from performing well in search results.

The Solution

We redesigned the website on WordPress with a clean, modern layout and improved user flow. SEO best practices were implemented across all pages to enhance visibility, while the design now captures the strength and community-driven ethos of Setanta Fitness.

Questions About Website Redesign and Ongoing Support

Can mentoring lead into a full website redesign?

Yes. Our work with Setanta Fitness began through the Go Succeed mentoring programme. After the mentoring sessions, the client felt confident in the advice and chose to continue with a full redesign of the old website.

Yes. The previous Setanta Fitness website had several issues, including poor loading performance, unclear navigation and missing compliance elements. As part of the redesign, we rebuilt the website structure, improved the user journey, addressed performance problems and added the required GDPR-related elements.

One of the major issues was that the previous website used a large video file as an infinite loop background, which affected loading time and overall performance. We replaced that with a more suitable website structure and optimised the design so the site could work better across devices.

Yes. The old website did not give visitors a clear route through the different parts of the business. We reorganised the structure so users could better understand the gym, HYROX, gymnastics, physiotherapy, personal training, recovery services and online programmes.

Yes. A website should include the right basic compliance elements, such as privacy information, cookie consent where required, and clear contact or enquiry processes. For Setanta Fitness, this was part of making the website more complete and professional.

Yes. We now host and maintain the Setanta Fitness website and continue to make changes when requested. This gives the client ongoing support instead of leaving them to manage technical updates alone.

Client Feedback on Google

“Branislav provided several hours of website and SEO mentoring to myself. He was very organised and knowledgeable on both topics and was very happy to accommodate any queries I had. I have no hesitation recommending him and I am already planning a future project to work with him to help my online business presence grow.”
